I. Return Request Period
You may submit a return or refund request within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable law.

II. Returnable Items
Items meeting the following conditions are eligible for return:

• The item is in brand new, unused condition;
• The item has not been cleaned, damaged, or altered;
• The item retains its original packaging, labels, and all accessories;
• The item can be resold normally.

III. Non-Returnable Items
To ensure a good shopping experience for all customers, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Used, cleaned, or items that affect resale;
• Items damaged due to customer error;
• Items missing original packaging, labels, or accessories;
• Items returned beyond the return period for reasons other than quality issues.

If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to you.

IV. Returns Due to Quality Issues

If you receive a product with any of the following conditions:

The product has a manufacturing defect;

The product was damaged during transportation;

The wrong product was received;

The product is significantly different from the order description.

Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

Order number;

Product photos;

Outer packaging photos;

A description of the problem.

After verification that it is a quality issue, we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund for you.

Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues will be borne by us.

V. Returns Due to Non-Quality Issues

If you request a return for personal reasons, such as:

You don’t like the product;

You purchased the wrong item;

You changed your purchase decision.

We accept return requests if the product meets the return conditions.

Return shipping costs for non-quality issues are borne by the buyer.

Original order shipping costs (if any) are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated by law.

VI. Refund Processing
After receiving your returned goods, we will inspect them.

If the return meets the requirements of this policy, we will process your refund (refund to the original payment method) within 3 to 5 business days.

The refund arrival time may vary depending on the processing procedures of the bank, credit card issuer, or third-party payment platform.

VII. Exchange Policy
If the product you receive has quality issues or is damaged during transportation, we can arrange to replace it with the same product depending on inventory.

If the product is out of stock, we will process your refund.

For non-quality issues, we currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need to exchange the product, please apply for a return and place a new order.

VIII. Return Process
To apply for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact customer service and submit a return request;
Provide the order number and relevant photos;
Wait for customer service review and obtain return instructions;
Send the product back to the provided return address;
After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund or exchange.

Sending the product back without customer service confirmation may result in your return request being unable to be processed properly.

The product has been used or is in a condition that affects resale;

The product is damaged due to human error;

The return period has expired;

The product is missing its original packaging, labels, or accessories;
